RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of fresh-cut Christmas trees and greenery products (including garland, wreaths, and similar items), all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are unhappy with your tree for any reason, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue to request an exchange.

  • Limit 1 exchange per household per season.

  • Exchanges are only available during the same season the original tree was purchased.

  • Once an exchange is made, the order is considered fulfilled and closed.

Because live trees are natural products, each tree is unique in shape, density, color, height, and needle structure. Natural variations, including fullness, asymmetry, needle retention, branch spacing, or minor cosmetic imperfections, do not qualify as defects. Product images on our website are for general reference only and are not guaranteed representations of the exact tree delivered.

If you prefer a specific look (full, slender, open, dense, etc.), please include those preferences in the notes section of your order. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but specific characteristics cannot be guaranteed, and personal aesthetic preferences are not grounds for refunds.

For all non-greenery items (stands, accessories, lights, etc.), exchanges may be made at our pop-up location during our open season (Nov 24 – Dec 24) of the same year, subject to product availability. No cash refunds are issued for any reason.
